The Full Council meeting of Melksham Town Council scheduled for Monday 21 September is postponed to Monday 28 September


Planning Application No: 16/05644/OUT

Outline planning application for the development of up to 152 residential units (including 30% affordable housing), open space, ecological enhancements, play space, associated infrastructure (including drainage structures and works to the public highway), access, parking, servicing and landscaping


Whilst this application falls within the Melksham Without Parish Council area, Melksham Town Council, as a consultee in the planning process will be discussing the above planning application on Monday 15 August at 7pm at the Town Hall as it borders our parish.

 

Melksham Without Parish Council’s Planning Committee will also be considering the application, from the point of view of their parishioners (which include those in upper Woodrow Road and Woodrow) and this meeting will be held on Monday 8 August at 7.00pm at Forest Community Centre.


Residents can make their own comments to Wiltshire Council's planning department direct via their website. Plans are available to view at the Town Hall during office hours (Mon-Thurs 9.00am-5.00pm and Fri 9.00am-4.30pm) as well as Melksham Without Parish Council offices
